I don't know what that dream is that you have. i don't care how disappointing it might've been as you've been working toward  that dream, but that dream that you're holding in your mind, THAT IT'S POSSIBLE that some of you already know. THAT IT'S HARD, IT'S NOT EASY. it's hard changing your life. that in the process, of working on your dreams, you are going to incur in a lot of  disappointment, A LOT OF FAILURE, A LOT OF PAIN. there are moment when you're gonna doubt yourself. You said God, why, why is the happening to me? I'm just trying to take care of my children and my mother, i'm not trying to steal or rob from anybody how does this have to happen to me? For those of you that have experience some hardship, DON'T GIVE UP ON YOUR DREAM. the rough times are gonna come, but they have not to come to stay, they have come  to pass. Greatness, is not this wonderful, esoteric, illusive God-like feature that only the special among us will ever taste it's something that truly exists, in all of us. it's very important for you to believe, that you are the one. Most people, they raise a family, they earn a living and then they died.  they stop growing, they stop working on themselves, they stop stretching, they stop pushing  themselves. then a lot of people like to complain but they don't wanna do anything about their situation. and most people don't  work on their dreams, why? one is because of fear the fear of failure, "what if things don't work out"?  and the fear of success, "what if they do and i can't handle it"? these are not risk takers.  you spent so much time with other people, you spent some much time trying to get people to like you, you know other people more than you know yourself, you studied them, you know about them, you want hand out like them, you want to be just like them. and you know what? You've invested so much time on them, you don't know who you are. I CHALLENGE YOU TO SPEND TIME BY YOURSELF. It's necessary,  that get the losers out of your life, if you want to live your dream. But people who are running towards their dreams, live have a special kind of meaning. When you become a right person what you do is you start separating yourself from other people you begin to have a certain uniqueness,  as long as you follow on other people, as long as you being a 'copy-cat', you will never, ever be the best 'copy-cat' in the world, But you will be the best you could be,   I challenge you to define your value That everybody won't see it, that everybody won't join you, that everybody won't have the vision...

Ganito naging Buhay ko before... Natural lang po na meron akong Duda sa inooffer skin na business dahil ayaw ko na maloko ako sa ganitong business. NANAY: ganyan ang pag ibig anak... sa kagustuhan natin na makita ang inaakala nating mas mainam at mas mabuti ay hindi natin namamalayan na sa bandang huli ay wala na pala taung mapipili dahil hinayaan natin itong lumagpas.

PANGARAP ( must read )
Merong isang teacher na pina-drawing sa mga estudyante niya ang mga pangarap nila pag lumaki na sila. Halos lahat sa mga estudyante ay nag-drawing ng teacher, doctor, abogado, bumbero, at piloto. Tuwang-tuwa ang teacher habang tinitignan ang mga gawa ng mga estudyante niya pero may isang drawing na umagaw nang atensyon ng teacher at ito ang pinaka-kakaiba sa lahat. Isang drawing ng bukid na may malaking bahay sa gitna at maraming hayop sa paligid. Tinawag ng teacher ang nag-drawing nito at tinanong kung bakit ito ang drawing niya. Ang sabi ng bata, pangarap ko po kasing magkaroon ng isang malaking-malaking bukid na maraming hayop, ang tatay at lolo ko po kasi ay nag-tatrabaho lang sa bukid ng ibang tao, kaya gusto ko pong magkaroon nang isang bagay na gusto rin nila pero hindi nila naabot.
Ang sabi ng teacher sa bata, ang sabi ko pangarap, hindi panaginip. Papano ka magkakaroon ng isang malaking bukid, eh ang tatay mo ay magsasaka lang; ang lolo mo magsasaka din; at ang lolo ng lolo mo ay magsasaka din. Ang pangarap ay isang bagay na posible mong maabot, pero kung ang pangarap mo ay magkaroon ng isang bukid, hindi yan mangyayari dahil ilang henerasyon na kayong magsasaka. Gusto kong palitan mo ang drawing mo at gawin mong mas makatotohanan. Tingnan mo si Juan gustong maging doctor; tignan mo si Pedro, gustong maging abogado; at tignan mo si Maria, gustong maging teacher.
Ipasa mo sa akin bukas ang drawing mo at gusto ko ay iba na ang drawing (pangarap) mo dahil kung hindi ay ibabagsak kita!
Malungkot na umuwi ang bata at tinitignan ang drawing niya. Nang makita niya ang tatay niya ay agad siyang nagsumbong dito.
Tay, pinag-drawing kami ng teacher namin kanina ng pangarap namin pero sabi niya ay palitan ko raw ang pangarap ko kasi magsasaka lang daw ang tatay ko at lolo ko; pati ang lolo ng lolo ko magsasaka lang kaya hindi daw ako pwedeng magkaroon ng pangarap ko. Bakit anak, ano ba yung pangarap mo? Gusto ko pong magkaroon ng isang malaking bukid na maraming hayop at may malaking bahay sa gitna, pero ayaw niyang tanggapin kasi hindi daw ito mangyayari. Kung hindi ko daw po papalitan yung drawing (pangarap) ko ay ibabagsak niya ako.
Alam mo anak, ang sabi ng teacher mo ay pangarap mo, hindi ang pangarap niya para sa’yo. Kung ano ang sa tingin mo ay gusto mo at sa tingin mo ay kaya mong gawin, ituloy mo. Tandaan mo palagi anak na hindi pwedeng ibang tao ang magbigay sa’yo ng pangarap mo dahil bawat isa sa atin ay may sari-sariling pag-iisip.
Hindi pwedeng sabihin ng ibang tao na hindi mo magagawa ang isang bagay; ang makakapag-sabi lang niyan ay ang sarili mo mismo.
Kung ano man ang maging desisyon mo ay ikaw ang bahala dahil wala ako sa posisyon para idikta sa’yo ang gusto mong maging paglaki mo. Nasayo ang desisyon kung papalitan mo ang pangarap mo o hindi dahil lang sa sinabi ng ibang tao na hindi ito posibleng mangyari.
Pagpasok pa lang ng bata ay hinanap na ng teacher yung pina-drawing niya at ibinigay naman ito ng bata. Nang tignan ng teacher yung drawing ng bata ay lalo siyang nagalit dahil walang nagbago sa drawing nung bata. Nandun parin yung bahay at maraming hayop sa paligid ng bukid. Ang sabi ng teacher ng bata;
Sinusubukan mo ba talaga ako? Hindi ba’t sabi ko sa’yo ay baguhin mo yung drawing mo dahil kung hindi ay ibabagsak kita? Gusto mo bang ibagsak na kita ngayon? Bibigyan pa kita ng isang pagkakataon na baguhin mo ang drawing na ito, pero pag ito hindi mo pa rin bina.... (hindi na pinatapos ng bata ang sasabihin ng teacher at sumagot siya rito);
Teacher, kung gusto mo akong ibagsak, ibagsak mo ako. Pero hinding-hindi ko isusuko ang pangarap ko para sa sarili ko dahil lang sa sinabi mong hindi ko ito magagawa.
Makalipas ang dalawampung taon ay may grupo ng bata na nagkaroon ng field trip sa isang bukid. Halos karamihan sa mga bata ay tuwang-tuwa dahil sa laki ng bukid na nakita nila. Syempre kasama nila yung teacher nila at siya yung teacher nung bata na pinabago yung drawing dahil sa hindi daw ito posibleng mangyari. Pagbaba nung teacher sa bus ay biglang may tumawag sa kanya… teacher! teacher! habang patakbong lumalapit ang isang lalaki na may matikas na pangangatawan. Teacher, natatandaan mo pa ba ako? Tinitigan lang ng teacher yung lalaki at kinikilala kung sino ba siya. Ako yung bata noon na pinag-drawing mo ng pangarap ko… ito yung drawing ko noon na sabi mo ay hindi mangyayari, sabay turo sa bukid.
Nang maalala ng teacher ay may biglang kumurot sa kanyang dibdib at dahan-dahang pumatak ang luha niya. Ang sabi niya sa lalaki, alam mo, 20 years na akong nagtuturo sa mga bata at marami akong nakitang mga katulad mo na ang drawing o pangarap nila ay mga imposible para sa akin kaya pinapabago ko sa kanila ang mga drawing nila. Halos lahat sila ay binabago ang drawing at ikaw lang ang nanindigan sa pangarap mo. Ang tagal ko nang nagtuturo pero marami na pala akong mga pangarap na sinira, buti na lang at pinaglaban mo ang pangarap mo.
Tayong mga nasa industriya ng Networking / Affiliates ay may isang malaking pangarap sa buhay. Ang kumita ng malaki at mabili ang mga bagay na gusto natin. Pero hindi natin maaalis sa mga tao na agawin ang pangarap natin dahil sa tingin nila ay hindi natin ito kaya. Halos araw-araw, may taong susubukang sirain ang pangarap mo at sasabihan kang nananaginip lang, pero gaano ba katatag ang paniniwala mo na magiging successful ka sa ginagawa mo? Kung ikaw mismo ay hindi sigurado o may duda kang kikita ka ng malaki at maaabot mo ang mga pangarap mo sa MLM, ako na mismo ang nagsasabi sa’yo na tigilan mo na ang ginagawa mo.
Kung sa sarili mo nga ay nagdududa ka, papano pa kaya ang ibang tao na nakapaligid sa’yo?
Wag kang tumulad sa ibang bata na isinuko ang pangarap nila dahil lang sa sinabi ng ibang tao na imposible nilang matupad ang pangarap nila. Marami ang magsasabi sa’yo na mahirap ang ginagawa mo, pero kung titignan mo sila, hindi ba’t mas mahirap naman ang ginagawa nila at gagawin nila yun ang tuloy-tuloy hanggang sa tumanda na sila.
Tandaan mo palagi na mas malaki at mas mataas ang pangarap mo, mas maraming tao ang kokontra at sisirain kung ano man ang gusto mo!

Can we apply internet marketing on AIM Global? Why not?

AIM Global Internet Marketing

Before, getting prospects for a network marketing company is difficult. You need to go out, meet people face to face and be rejected a lot of times. On my previous MLM experiences, I did not succeed because I run out of kakilalas. And I’m shy of approaching strangers. I lack the confidence.

But now, things changed. Even if I run out of kakilalas, the internet is a big marketplace to explore.

Introducing someone to the business opportunity is as easy as posting a link on my Facebook profile. Explaining the marketing plan can be done by simply linking to a Youtube video.

I don’t need to bother anyone if they are not interested. But when they are interested, they will send me a message. They will call me. So, I only deal with people interested with the business. It really saves me a lot of time since I don’t need to explain to people who are not interested.

You might not see me outside, giving flyers, explaining to strangers what AIM Global is. But I’m building my network and introducing the opportunity 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, thru my blogs.

This might be a slow way to build my network, compared to others who are doing this fulltime. But still, this is the easiest way I can think of. AIM Global has no quota and timeframe anyway. If I earn my first million after 10 years, then I’ll be a millionaire in 2021, by the age of 43. Not bad, isn’t it?  That’s a worst case scenario.

If you are into internet marketing, doing SEO and SEM, I suggest you try applying those skills on networking or MLM such as AIM Global. All you have to do is blog about the opportunity, apply your internet marketing skills and wait for calls. If they call, bring them to the seminar and since they are already interested, the chances of them joining the company is high.

I’m currently building a network of bloggers for AIM Global and I’m currently looking for leaders for each province and even countries.

We can help each other promote each others’ blogs. If a prospect calls me and he is in the vicinity where you can help him easily, such as if he is in Cebu and you are a blogger in Cebu under my network, I will give him to you as your downline. He will be my downline, anyway.

Or if someone calls you and he is in Olongapo City, I can assist him and still make him your downline, since you are my downline, he will still be my downline.

Even if short of cash, you must pay yourself first. Pay yourself with cash flow, people and personal time. Cash flow like emergency funds or saving; people like spending time with your family and; personal time - yourself.

7. Be Generous

As commonly known, “the more you give the more you receive.” It is not accounting-wise; it’s just how nature works. “Teach and you shall receive. There are powers in his world that are much smarter than we are. You can get there on your own. But it’s easier with the help of the powers that be. 8. Have a Clear Purpose

Why do you want to earn more? Because I don’t want to work my entire life or I want to have a control over how I decide to spend my time or I want to support my parents financially who worked hard their entire life. Make it clear and focus on it. It’s when you have them that keeps you going and motivates you to live and enjoy the life you long to live.

9. Learn. Learn. Learn.

Learning is not a goal, it’s an ongoing process. Never stop learning. Continue to ask questions and absorb new ideas. This is how you grow. Keep the learning curve alive.

10. Network Marketing

The low startup cost of setting up a network marketing company is a great advantage. It is very hard to start a big business without a huge investment and time. It gives you time to build your business skills and transforms you into a business person easily. It supplies you with a residual income. So you make money while you sleep and travel.

Luxuries are experienced when they are outward manifestations of intelligent investing and asset building.” So be ready to be financially free and live those luxuries.

WHY I WANT YOU TO BECOME SUCCESSFUL

Bago mo basahin ang blog na ito, gusto kong sagutin mo muna ang tanong na ito.

Kung hindi problema sa iyo ang oras, pera at kakayahan, ano ang ninanais mo sa buhay?

Ito ba ay tumulong sa kapwa, makapag travel, makabili ng bahay o sasakyan, maging misyonero, makapagpatayo ng eskwelahan o bahay ampunan?

In other words, marami tayong mga pangarap sa buhay. Hindi lang natin nakakamit pa ang mga ito, dahil sa dami ng mga problema sa buhay. Hindi na tayo nagkakaroon ng panahon na managinip at minsan hindi na tayo naniniwala na pwede pa mangyari ito sa ating tanang buhay.
Sometimes, we have the tendency to look down on ourselves at hindi na tayo naniniwala na kaya natin.

Kung hindi ka naniniwala na kaya mo, pwede ba akong makiusap sa iyo ngayon sa araw na ito, sa pamamagitan ng blog na ito? Pagbigyan mo lang naman ako, kahit ngayon lang.

God only creates winners. Ang Diyos ay dakila dahil he did not create a single person in this world to lose. Ang ultimate na hangarin Niya nung nilikha Niya tayo ay ang maging matagumpay sa lahat ng aspeto ng buhay natin. Every success kasi na tinatamasa natin ay hindi lang para sa atin. Hindi lang tayo ang nakikinabang dahil in every success ay naglo-glorify din si God.

Pero bakit may mga taong tila palaging talo sa buhay? It is because of the choices they made. Binigyan tayo ng freedom to choose. More often than not, yung pinipili natin are the wrong choices kaya ang mga wrong choices natin ay may kaukulang consequences.

So now that you know that God created you to win, may freedom ka to choose to make the right decision.

Pero konting paalala, hindi lang pera ang sukatan kung nagpro-prosper ang isang tao. Being prosperous also means success in our health, relationships and career.

Kung wala ka sa ospital or never ka pang na-confine, you are prosperous sa health mo.

Kung maayos ang samahan ninyo ng pamilya mo, you are prosperous sa personal life mo.

Gusto ng Panginoon na PAGPALAIN ang bawat isa sa atin. Hindi lang iyon para tayo ay yumaman, kundi para tayo ay makatulong sa mga ibang tao.

YOU WERE BORN FOR GREATNESS

HIndi ka lang ordinaryong tao. God created you to become special.
Kung baga sa housewife, hindi ka plain housewife. Special ka!
Kung sa halo-halo, hindi ka regular. Special ka!
Kung baga sa gadget, hindi ka 1.0. Special ka!
To be a great person doesn’t mean that you have hundreds of thousands of followers. Hindi mo kailangan na maging isang manunulat, o maging public speaker, o maging abogado, o maging doctor, o maging pulitiko. Hindi mo kailangan ng special na titulo para ma-consider mo that you are a great person or that you are special.

You have to realize that we are created in the image of God. This means you were created in the likeness of a great God. So, you are created for greatness not for smallness. Hindi ka magiging great dahil kung sino ang magulang mo, o kung ano ang posisyon mo sa lipunan, o kung ano ang mga nagawa mo sa kapwa mo. You and I will become great because yung knowledge na ipinagkaloob ng Diyos ay more than enough to make you and I into a great person. It is God who make us great.

Pero bakit ba kailangan maging successful? Kasi yon po ang destiny mo! Never live on a survival mode, but live on a thriving mode. You should not settle for less, but always go for the best. Never settle for smallness, go for greatness. Because every individual should be successful.
Why don’t you and I claim our destiny. It is time for you to become successful.
